Raquel Patterson is the Property Manager of Grove Hill Condominium, a premier boutique condo overlooking Sailboat Bayin Coconut Grove. Initially contracted by the Developer in 1996 to assist with the property’s opening, she’s been managing it eversince. A homeowner there since 2004, Raquel is also a Realtor-Associatefor Luxury Living Realty. She proudly conducts the majority of her real estate business at Grove Hill Condominium.

Raquel brings a rock-solid background in luxury hotel management and international marketing to the table. Before relocating to gorgeous South Florida in 1995, Raquel worked for the five-star luxury European Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans. As their Director of International Guest Relations, she traveled extensively to the Mediterranean and South America. Raquel then went on to be an International Marketer for the Atlantis Resort and Casino on Paradise Island, Bahamas. In this capacity, she traveled regularly to South America and throughout the Caribbean.

While marketing Atlantis, she met the Developer and Marketing Director of Grove Hill, which were in their final development stages. She was asked to join their team by working hand in hand with their marketing and sales departments. Raquel acquired her CAM license in order to staff and open the property. After Grove Hill soldout and the sales department moved out, Raquel was then inspired to also get her Real Estate License. Today, Raquel is a Coconut Grove luxury residential specialist.

In her free time, Raquel enjoys all the luxurious Grove Hill amenities with her husband, Mike, and traveling to spend time with her wonderful children and grandchildren.
